Failed transaction: charged mint fee, but NOT gas fee

Hi,

I tried to mint a token just now, but upon signing my transaction failed immediately.

I understand that when a transaction fails sometime, a gas fee may still be charged. But in my case, the transaction failed immediately, only the price of the token was charged, and no token was received on my end.

When I clicked on the activity log, it redirects me to an etherscan page of undefined tx hash

What could be the cause of this failure? Is it related to my gas fee settings?

I have the same issue, but I have no ability to click activity log or transaction ID. have you found a solution?
