Today, I can see easily my NFT in my MetaMask Wallet but I cannot see them on the mobile App. The support told me I have to add them manually. This is pain in the ass.
Would it be possible, as our crypto, to be able to access NFT in the same way ?
Purpose:
The objective is to be able to access our NFT anywhere on any device.

The instructions you received are correct, currently if you access your wallet through different devices, this won’t be synchronized, which means the tokens/NFTs you import couldn’t be visible on a different device and it would be necessary to import it manually again.
An alternative could be connecting your wallet to the MetaMask Portfolio, so you can see your NFTs more easily than using the contract addresses to import them manually again
