Hi!
So last day I tried to buy some ETH from Transak but it has been over 24 hours and I haven’t received them yet. I didn’t get any order id or something that confirmed the order. But the money was taken from my bank account. I can send you the money transaction from my bank account and a screenshot from my MetaMask wallet but that’s the only proof I have. Hope you guys can help me get my money back.
