Anyone know why such a high price difference and a is there any way to get the difference down?

If there is a substantial difference in the price, it is NOT reasonable to continue with the swap then.

Then what should I do? Will the price difference ever come down?

In case the difference is high, it is not suggested to continue with swap. Yes, the difference “may” come down, but you need to check. Moreover, you can check the price in other platforms or use a centralized exchange where the token is listed.
