I’ve send some money from my bank account to my MetaMask account one month ago. I don’t see this transaction in my MetaMask wallet. How can I see that transaction in my MetaMask wallet? Overall how can I see the history of all my transactions?
Hi there @Nick58 by “I’ve sent some money from my bank account to my MetaMask account” did you mean that you bought tokens using the Buy function in MetaMask? If yes what tokens did you buy and on what network? You can’t hold fiat currency in the wallet only tokens. Try to remember what did you do exactly and let us know 
Thanks for you support. I send money to my MataMask wallet from my bank account itself. The transaction was shown in the past, but I did install WIN11 again and has to install the MetaMask app also again. I could activate my account again but I see no transactions history again.
I opened my account in my browser by ‘View on Explorer’ and see only the last 2 transactions.
My pleasure, it depends very much on what network you did the transactions on as you can’t send fiat currency directly to your MetaMask wallet you either bought some tokens using the buy feature in MetaMask and used your card there or you sent tokens from an exchange and that’s where you bought the tokens initially using your bank/card.
It depends on what network you did the transactions too because if you did transactions on Arbitrum one (it has this explorer https://arbiscan.io/) and you look up your address on a different explorer like the one for ethereum mainnet https://etherscan.io/ you will not see your transactions on arbitrum there (this is an example to explain better how networks work).
I would recommend you to reach out to our support team and see if they can help you identify what exactly did you do: https://support.metamask.io/ and click Start a Conversation. A live chat box window will then automatically appear on your screen where you may contact the support team. MetaMask support WILL NEVER ask you to verify your Secret Recovery Phrase.
Thanks again. I learned today a lot of you. I made one step up front. Somebody was helping me to do the payment. It looks like I send money to Revolute and then to MetaMask by ethereum. See picture:

Looks like you’re on Ethereum mainnet in that screenshot if you want to see your transactions on that network you can look up your public address on https://etherscan.io/
