İ cannot reach my token i used metamask to metamask

I have made a transaction between metamask bsc - ETH using bridge. Although it has been about 12 hours, I cannot access my tokens.

I have the transaction id and confirmation that it is completed

Do you still have a problem accessing your wallet. Do you have any errors, could you share a few more details please. Could you please check your wallet’s version and see if it’s the latest: 9.4.0 on extension, 2.2.0 on mobile (today).
