I can't send MATIC back to the stock market

Hi, I recently sent MATIC to MetaMask because I wanted to delegate it, which I didn’t do after finding a huge fee. Now I want to send him back to Coinbas, but it’s not possible.

When I enter the address, I can’t choose the number of MATICs and the buttons are gray.

What network are you using? Ethereum Mainnet
You have some ETH in MetaMask wallet?
