I formatted the PC lost my Passphrase.
Is there a possibility to recover using the metamask address and password?

You need old MetaMask Vault Data:

You can try the program EaseUS Data Recovery or something similar…

Note: To guarantee a high data recovery chance, install EaseUS data recovery software on another disk instead of the formatted disk.
