I managed to send few SOL tokens to metamask. And so I was wondering if there’s any way to retrieve said assets?

Do you know how much would I need for 2.9 SOL transfer?

Fees on BNB chain transactions are quite low. It doesn’t deppend on how many other coins you have, it only depends on what the network fees are at that moment in time, when you wish to make a transaction.
0.01 BNB should be more than enough. Just make sure you transfer them on the correct network, bep-20.
