I changed the network to the binance smart chain followed the instructions on line and once I did I had a balance of 0 in my bnb account which was now account 1 just like when it was MetaMask. I then went in to add tokens for eth and 0 again. I do not know where my tokens have gone and is there a way to change it back to ERC20 tokens so I dont loose
