To my stupidity, I sent an erc-20 token to Metamask from Binance via the bep-20 network.
Now it doesn’t show up on the side of Binance smart Chain, nor on Ethereum’s main network.
I found the event in BscScan, but can I somehow fix the error or did I lose these tokens?

:two: Add your token… what token you sent? ETH, USDT…?

that wasn’t exactly my problem, there is already added bsc in my metamask.
Problem was that I sent token which operates ethereum main net via binance smart chain.
