I send 19000 weyu token from wallet address 0xFbD50e51f607095e524d96baa56320CC168A9df3 to wallet address 0x5173574550054a05EE2338397beaF50C20f3B6A5 but received only 18,240 weyu tokens. when I check the Txn hash, only 18240 tokens are sent. but my current wallet has been deducted 19000 as the order i sent. So why did my 760 tokens disappear?

Weyu sounds like a rebase token.
It may be the burning of transaction transfers
