Your sepoliaETH is a test token, it has no real value. Binance exchange does not support testnet, I recommend you contact Binance support team.

Sepolia eth has no value originally, it is the token of the testnet.
The significance of the testnet is to allow users to use test tokens to experience some projects for free.

You can get it for free on many faucet websites, such as the links I posted. Some of them may have been deactivated, but some should be available.
