Unfortunately, tokens cannot be sent directly from network to network, they must be transferred using a bridge. All transactions on the blockchain are irreversible and these tokens cannot be retrieved.

Did you send this USDT to a centralized exchange? If so, you can contact their team and see if there is anything they can do for you.
