I transfer USDT from metamask to my ledger nano X using BNB smart chain, the transaction was successful but the USDT haven't appear in my Ledger

Also why is two USDT accounts in the column of assets ?
every time I swap to get USDT, the tokens do not go to the account I added but they go to an USDT account that randomly appeared.
