I have ALL CREDENTIALS, just tried to IMPORT from S8+ android to S23 ULTRA android, I get an error code saying “we couldn’t import that private key, make sure its correct” and thats it! Checked several times and now Im at my wits end, PLEASE HELP!!!

Once you click Start a conversation a live chat bot will appear on your screen. It will give you an automated response at first, but afterwards you should be able to contact the support team directly.
