Request to check the flow of import NFT on Metamask

We developed the APP to related can be connected between the APP and MetaMask.
Simply if users get NFTs from our APP, it can be checked on MetaMask eaither.

But there is one issue like wise when users tried to import NFTs on MetaMask, it can not allowed even choose right mainnet(Polygon). The most unusual thing is it works if users choose other mainnet (e.g. Eatherium) after then choose Polygon again. it can be imported then.

Let me upload some captures of the video for your understanding. Pls help us to solve this.

Hi @all!

I have an issue importing an NFT.

I bought it a few hours ago and could only import 3 of 4.

I have deinstalled and reinstalled the application plus reset the wallet.

I please need help with the last one :pray:t3:

It would be best if you contact Support team at https://support.metamask.io and click Start a Conversation

Once you click Start a conversation a live chat bot will appear on your screen. It will give you an automated response at first, but afterwards you should be able to contact the support team directly.

As an alternative, you also have the MetaMask Portfolio which you can use to show your NFTs.
