In chrome see money in phone no why?

Hi i install metamask in my browser and i send money , and is all ok , now i have installed metamask in my cell phone , i insert phrases and password but in my phone the account is 0 and in my browser i saw my BNB , why ?? thanks at all

I don’t use the phone my self, but maybe this could be the problem

Please make sure you have typed in the correct Secret Recovery Phrase for the correct wallet address you are trying to access.

Sometimes it’s just a network problem, there is no synchronization, when you try to refresh or wait for a while, the metamask wallet will display the balance synchronously
