Internal Error in MetaMask Extension on Ubuntu

I am writing to report an issue I am currently facing with the MetaMask browser extension on my desktop. While using the extension, I repeatedly encounter an internal error, and I am unable to proceed with any actions.

Below are the environment details for your reference:

  • Browser: Chrome & Chromium

  • MetaMask Extension Version: 13.10.4

  • Operating System: Ubuntu

Kindly look into this issue and provide a solution or workaround at the earliest.

Once you press Contact Support , a live chat bot will appear on your screen. It will give you an automated response at first, but insist and you should be able to contact the support team.
