A live chat box window will then automatically appear on your screen where you may contact the support team.
Remember that MetaMask Customer Service will contact you first or ask for your Seed Phrase/Private key
Hi i currently have 7.46.1 should be the current as of today.
I’ve pretty much tried everything that the support bot suggested at this point. Haven’t had any luck.Saw another post that someone else had the same problem and said it was update related and they had an old version that worked new update didn’t. I’ve been working through this for several days now hoping to get some kind of answer or resolution.
The team is aware of this issue and the next update should fix it.(in the meantime if you need to use the wallet maybe use the extension)

Hi @Cnabb1 if you are still facing this issue, can you please open a ticket with the support agent through the link Charles shared above (or the chat widget on same page). You can simply type agent to get connected with a live agent.
In the meantime, this issue should not exist in extension if you need a temporary work around.
