Is there any issue with MetaMask since last two days? When I try to deploy any contract or do any contract interaction in bsc testnet, I get the following error.

Im having a similar issue. Since end of October Im trying to swap on Base Network OVN for USD. Im stuck at the OVN spending cap and getting the error "Transaction 404 failed Internal JSON-RPC error). I have more than $100 in ETH in my Base wallet. So it cant be an gas price issue. Can someone help?
Hi could you please confirm where you are swapping and importing Base wallet in MetaMask? And USD is on Base as well or are you using any bridge. Could you confirm please

Yes, USD is on Base too. No bridge is involved.
