I got a bnb into smart chain Testnet Is this a real BNB? If so, how do I convert it to a Binance smart chain

Binance smart chain testnet is just a Testing network, and like other test networks (Rinkeby, Ropsten, Kovan, Goerli) is an alternative blockchain that simulates the mainnet blockchain, created for the purpose of testing and experimenting to decrease errors in production like the loss of real funds.

BNB on these test networks are not real and cannot be withdrawn or sent to any main network, like Binance smart chain. They can only be used to test out applications and transactions.
