Is Ethereum mainnet's network ERC20?

Hello, I’m getting a token refunded through Metamask and I need confirmation if Ethereum mainnet’s network is ERC20? I’ve added the token address to my wallet as custom token.

If it’s not in ERC20 network, how do I create wallet with ERC20 network and input the token in there?
