Is this fake? Scamming?

I have received a message today:
METAMASK inform you that your wallet will be suspended please proceed to the verification.

and it gave me a link, in the link i have to type in my secret phrase.

I am so doubt about it and i search online, and i think there is no such a problem.
Is this a scam guys? I need a help
