Issues signing metamask with trezor

Hi there, just a few days ago i had no trouble signing MetaMask with my trezor. Now when i try to sign a transaction, my trezor would be stuck on loading mode and there was no option to confirm transaction with trezor. Im using google chrome for my browser. Is there a fix to this? Please and thanks.

Hi! If you have trouble connecting your Trezor with MetaMask, please make sure your configuration meets the following criteria:

  • Your Trezor is running the latest firmware and you have the latest version of MetaMask extension installed.

  • Use supported browsers only (Chrome and Firefox). Try both of them and try to use them in Incognito/Privacy mode as well.

  • Clear your browser cache and make sure it is up to date.

  • Using a VPN, certain advanced Firewall or Antivirus settings, or browser extensions (AdBlock, - Privacy Badger, etc.) may cause connectivity issues, therefore please try disabling them as well. Use only one application/website/browser tab with Trezor at a time. It is possible that they are clashing with each other.

If you are still having issues, please contact MetaMask Support at https://support.metamask.io/ and click “Start a Conversation.” Once you click “Start a Conversation” a live chat bot will appear on your screen. It will give you an automated response at first, but afterwards you should be able to contact the support team directly.
