Problem with MetaMask and Trezor

Since a couple of weeks now, when I make transactions in MetaMask, after I confirm it on the Trezor and it has been successfully sent to the blockchain, the Trezor opens a second time and wants me to sign the transaction again. I then have to hit cancel, and the transaction ends up showing as failed in MetaMask. But the transition was successfully sent the first time.

Any idea what could cause this to happen and how to fix it? This has all worked fine for years until recently. I’m on the latest MetaMask versions and Trezor Model T firmware (2.7.0).

Click the large blue “start a conversation” bubble in the upper middle of page, looks like this:

Remember - NOBODY, including from support, will ask for your secret recovery phrase or for you to input it onto any website for confirmation.
