May I ask on which network you performed the deposit transaction?
You can try checking the transaction status on the chain explorer to know if the transaction actually went true or not.

As @theweb3dave mentioned, you should first check the transaction status on the blockchain explorer for your network to confirm whether the transaction was actually successful. By the way, you’ll need to check your balance on the network that supports that token.
