Jumptask withdrawal to celoscan.io but contract token did not work

Hello…

I used honeygain and linked jumptask for withdrawal, and I made a transaction from jumptask to celoscan.io

I can see my transaction but I can’t use the contract token address because it’s showing $0 everywhere… Please I need help, I’m a total newbie on crypto…
