Sept 5 2021 tried to log in to Meta mask. Using the right password, 99% sure of the password. I did a recover using the seed phrase and it did not work. 100% it was the right phrase. I tried to log in on Sept 8th 2021 and the seed phrase worked. Changed the password. Sept 9 I tried to log in and the same thing happened. The password did not work and the seed phrase did not work. I cleared the cashe/history no luck… WHAT IS GOING ON???
