Unfortunately my token is missing for several days after I made a withdrawal from Binance exchange over Binance Smart Chain blockchain. Here are the details:

I have checked and confirmed my addres is correct. I also use Metamask with Ledger Nano S and made similar transaction in the same day (before and after this incident). I added Reef (custom) token to my Metamask wallet and still not see them on my wallet.
I contacted Binance support and received information that since the transaction is succesful on BSC network they cannot investigate the issue more and they suggested to reach out to Metamask support - so here i am.
Can anyone tell me how to fix the issue?
