While I wanted to send busd from my Matemask account to my binance account, I sent it over the velas network instead of the bep20 network. I contacted binance support to cancel this transaction. But they said they couldn’t do anything because the velas network is not supported by binance. It was said that his only way was to support the building’s velas network in the future. Is there nothing to be done about it?

I am sorry this happened to you, but if the exchange does not support a specific network, unfortunately the tokens will be on hold on their side until they decide to support it. Also, as long as the transaction was successfully performed, unfortunately, it cannot be reversed due to the way the blockchain technology is designed.
