Hello experts, sorry to bother you, I’m having issues with some Matic I sent from Binance to Metamask and never received. I had both BSC network and Matic added on Metamask and binance says that the transfer was fine…but I realized too late that I didn’t have any BNB to pay the gas. Maybe that’s the reason why I can’t see my Matic. Anyway I didn’t get any message like insufficient funds or similar and of course now I have BNB…(on the bsc network)

Can you confirm the transaction was carried out on the BSC network? Can you see the transaction on a block explorer like bscscan.com wIth the status successful?
If the transaction is confirmed, you may just have to add the token as a custom token to Metamask’s token list. Please use the token’s contract address from the network holding the token.

I did all the steps but the only time it worked was when I added the coin for the second time …don’t know why but then it worked.
