This past week in FireFox 140 (ESR) MetaMask does not load: I enter correct password (pasted from same place it works in Chrome) and it just takes indeterminate time to login (never seen it finish login lately). I left that going for at least five or 10 minutes. In Chromium, I also have several cryptocurrencies in one account, but only ethereum loaded in FireFox and Chrome when I successfully re-added that account in those web browsers with the 12-word phrase. I saw someone else had similar/same problem last month that MetaMask didn’t load in earlier FireFox ESR but don’t know that was resolved…

Hi @dchmelik thank you so much for sharing, Can you please confirm the version of the MetaMask extension / app you are using? To get it please go to settings then scroll down, About MetaMask.
Once I can get help to login to get to settings, sure. FireFox addons/extensions/plugins page says MetaMask 12.17.3 ( get automatic updates).

It will give you an automated response at first, but afterwards you should be able to contact the support team directly. Instructions there helped me login… now want to load the rest of my account #1 (other cryptocurrencies) that’s in Chromium but not yet in FireFox and Chrome. Trying to add them created new accounts I don’t want (rather than all in one like in Chromium).
Did you add the other networks you had? if you didn’t, you can follow the instructions here to add the networks, and once added, you can add the custom tokens following the instructions here

I said I did but they didn’t add the same way: became new accounts instead of how they are in Chromium in one account. Instructions didn’t distinguish between these ways.
Sort of: ones I want are no longer in that list, despite are in MetaMask. I could show you a screenshot but it won’t save here.

I initially agreed, but not anymore: it’s just a bot going in circles. In my original installation I added non-custom network blockchains that used to be in the popular networks list and were all added in one account. Now they’re not in that list (just another list) but seems can only be added as new accounts; the documentation needs to be better: instructions didn’t distinguish between these ways.

I got through and they solved it. Probably some instructions are right but there seem to be different ways and I hadn’t found the right way, or I got confused late at night. Anyway, it all works now.
