Metamask crashes, issue with network

I have issue with MetaMask, after login there is a crash. Messages are as the following.

  • Message: P is undefined
  • Code: TypeError

I cannot change the network, now it is ‘?’ Maybe this is the issue.
Also I found that despite having ‘auto-update’ set for firefox I have version from 2024 MArch.

How tyo get access to MetaMask?

I’d recommend reaching out to the MetaMask team here: https://support.metamask.io/
Click on the “Start a conversation” blue box. This will connect you to a bot at first, answer some questions and it will open a ticket for you with an agent. Keep interacting with the bot until it redirects you to an agent.

thank you , I tried but after clicking ‘start a conversation’ nothing happens. I tried on 3 browsers (one clean without any extension or ad blocker)

Are you able to see the button, just that nothing happens?

Or does it just show the loading animation like in the image:
