I purchased $500 worth of ETH so I can swap it out for HEX. I initiated the swap after 6-7 attempts since hitting “max” still leaves you with “inefficient funds”. Once I got it to accept the offer, I hit submit or whatever the button is and everything was good to go.
5-6 minutes later I see that it fails. I don’t care too much. Just go try again. Except now I am missing some Eth. Turns out they still charged me the fee even though the transaction failed! How do I contact metamask and tell them about this so i can get my eth back.
