Good evening. Today, logging into Opensea and then Magically, a tab opened asking me to accept the expansion usage policy, and accepted, a page opens asking me to enter my secret phrase for wallet access.

is this normal? I’ve been using MetaMask for a couple of years but it had never happened to me.

It looks a little strange. Only when reinstalling the wallet and restoring it will you need to enter the seed phrase. Don’t do this at any other time.
Refresh the opensea page to see if you can connect to MetaMask normally.
