I found a video by The Daily Hodl on youtube promoting a Metamask X Ethereum airdrop. Seemed a little shady, asking for a wallet address to receive ethereum, and not on the official Meta Mask site. Is this legit?

I am not familiar with that site or project, but advise to steer clear of any projects that you’re unable to verify and/or are offering free tokens for nothing in return (i.e. using their platform, previously purchasing their tokens etc.)
Remember: NEVER give your seed phrase to anyone for any reason.
