try the following to see if it helps:
1, Restart the browser
2, Disable it on the extension management page. and then enable it.
3, Back up the seed phrase and private key, then reinstall the extension.

尝试下面的办法：
1，重启浏览器；
2，在插件管理页面先禁用，然后再启用；
3，备份好助记词和私钥，重新安装插件。
