From the explorer screenshot you shared, it seems the bridge transaction is already processed on the source chain (BNB). To see the bridge asset on the destination chain, you may need to manually import the token using its contract on the destination chain (Polygon) in MetaMask.
You can also scan your wallet address on the Polygon explorer ( https://polygonscan.com/ ) for confirmation.
Thank you for your attention to my problem, but in screenshot 2 I see “Unknown token”. How can I manually add that token to the polygon network? I would appreciate your help.
If you scan your wallet in the polygon scan you will be able to see the list of erc 20 tokens in your wallet. Click on that particular token and you will be able to see the token contract. Copy it and go to the token tab in MetaMask, click on the 3 dot icon at the far-right side of the active network, select manage tokens and then click on “Add a custom token” at the bottom.
Paste the token contract address you copied from Polygon scan in the “Token contract address” field in MetaMask interface.
Click outside of the box and the rest of the token information should be automatically populated.
Finally, click on add token at the bottom.
You should also be able to click on the token directly where it is shown as unknown in your screenshot.
