New gas fee management is contradictory

Hey,

the new gas fee management makes no sense, as the advanced option are after the amount is set.

For advanced users this means, that if they want to move the whole amount, there will always be dust left, which is annoying.

here some screenshot :

the max amount I can send is defined by the suggested amount.
Which I can change later

so there will be dust left if I reduce it in the advanced options

please add the option on the first tab

If I understand correctly, you are asking for the advanced gas settings option to be moved before the confirmation screen, similar to this feature request?
