I transferred data from old phone to new phone. Used 12 keyword phrase to access metamask wallet and there wasn’t any tokens. I only had one companies tokens in the wallet. It’s still in my old phones wallet.
Does anyone know how to get the tokens into my metamask wallet on new phone? thank you

find your wallet id look it up on etherscan or bscscan etc find all the tokens contract address that you had and readd them by look at your transactions. Make sure you re add all the networks if you were on bnb smart chain etc.
