A newbie to MetaMask, and have attempted to purchase Eth via payment platform and an error message appears and the transaction does not go through. Is there a payment issue at the moment?
Having the same issue. I have money in MM and can’t buy E to move it.

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with purchasing ETH. Please contact customer support of the platform you are trying to purchase with (Wyre or Transak) and they will be able to assist you further.
