a couple of months ago I bought an NFT and have been charged correctly. Now I recognized that the same transaction is still in the pipeline even though I already have the NFT in my collection. Due to this, I am not able to fulfil any other transaction- its not possible to cancel or speed up. What can I do to cancel the second transaction ? Its saying that the funds are insufficient.

This situation belongs to the transaction jam. Generally, restarting the computer or reinstalling metamask cannot be solved. You can use your private key to import the address into other wallets, such as tokenpocket, and then transfer the account with tokenpocket. You can go to see your metamask and the problem will be solved.
