Origin trail token balance doesn't display

I had my origintrail on metamask, I put them on in 2018 and now they don’t recognize the coin on metamask.
How I can get my Trac token back? Thank you for your help.

Hi @Kurt,

Did you try adding the custom token to your MetaMask wallet? You can find steps to do so here.

Yes try to add the token but not even recognize origintrail (Trac) really strange

Since it’s from 2018, it’s possible that the contract has been changed since you originally added it.

You can view the token on CoinGecko here. Next to the contract address, select the MetaMask fox icon and you can add the token to your MetaMask wallet. Let us know if you’re still unable to see your balance once you’ve done so.
