Please Help! I had sent some POLS token from Binance to Metamask. The transaction was successful, although I cannot see the tokens in my Smart chain/Ethereum Metamask wallet

I had sent some Pols token from Binance to my Metamask wallet. But I am unable to see those tokens. The transaction shows successful on BSC scan.

Please keep in mind that tokens are not visible on both Ethereum as well as Smart Chain network. I know how to add custom tokens and still it is not visible even after adding custom tokens on both networks.
