Problems with the metamask browser plugin on firefox

The metamask plugin on my firefox opens blank, with nothing in the pop-up window
My firefox version is 92.0 (64 bit) and the metamask plugin version is 10.1.0
Please help, thank you!

what have you tried so far with trouble shooting?
Reinstalling?

Thanks for the reply, both my chrome and brave browser plugins open fine, so it shouldnā€™t be a network issue. I also tried clearing the firefox cache and restarting my computer but that didnā€™t work either.Any other suggestions?

I want to fix it without reinstalling the plugin as my words are not saved very well. also Iā€™ve googled the issue and tried the trouble shooting,Attached is the errors I am seeing when inspecting MM with firefox.
