If im understanding correctly: you were using biometrics, resintalled MetaMask, and cant use biometric login anymore?
Try this: 3 lines menu > Settings > Security and Privacy > check that “device authenticaton” is turned on. (if its already on, try turning it off. Close MM, re-open, then re-enable it)

Thank you for your follow up. I was able to enable biometrics after I did the force stop that was recommended.
I also connected you to the wallet where I saw some withdrawals made that I did not know of. It is named initial wallet.
Please note I also do haved another wallet there that I want to leave fully enabled.
