I was scammed out of £2500, and I have never been able to get it back. At the age of 79, I have never felt too stupid. They directed me to an account at Meta Mask and then everything went Blank. all in all, I lost over £3,000. I have never been able to contact the trader.

Click the large blue “start a conversation” bubble in the upper middle of page, looks like this:
- This will connect you to a bot at first, answer some questions and it will open a ticket for you with an agent.
Remember - NOBODY, including from support, will ask for your secret recovery phrase or for you to input it onto any website for confirmation.
Also, it is best not to share your full name on a public forum, especially when you are also sharing that you have a scammed wallet.
