Send money from another wallet to metamask but its not coming

guys i have a problem with MetaMask i send money from another wallet to MetaMask but money still after a day it’s not coming to my wallet
i check the hash and its correct
and on BscScan show the money sent
but in my wallet its 0$

can u guys help me ?

Hi @Sinar , welcome to MetaMask community!

You need to make sure you added the network and the respective token you sent, in your wallet.

Blockexplorer should show if your token is in your wallet or not and what happened exactly. Please check your wallet address on the block explorer for the respective network you used to sent the token.
