I send a USDC Token from Ronin Wallet to my MetaMask Wallet (Base Network). Ronin Network it is successful, but on my account no show of the USDC Token. I know the amount is small but still someone can explain what happen? Thank you.

This address doesn’t have any USDC on Base: 0x3400e83b6DD0f81A55F8d8A0C00E2FA4Aa425623. The $25 USDC are still on the Ronin network.
To get the tokens onto Base, you will have to use a bridge to send them to Base.

You must export MetaMask account’s private key 
and Importing Your MetaMask Wallet to Ronin Wallet
and then use a bridge like @2Cu4 says
PS: I don’t know if such a bridge exists 
and moving from one network to another can be expensive. You must have some eth on your MetaMask wallet.
If you have Binance you can send it there 
this exchange supports USDC on the ronin network.
